Since
my childhood, I’ve been interested in all medical stuf and
the human body. And I also like working with humans.
Recently I've started some free online lectures at
123sonography.com about ultrasound and this was very
interesting and I liked it a lot. I hope I will have the patience
and the motivation to fnish most of the courses which they
ofer. Because that would really help me become a good
sonographer. Because they ofer a variety of courses in
ultrasound, echocardiography, speckle tracking and also
transesophageal echocardiography. Greetings!Eddyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05687030865023270818noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8481366597096394318.post-76729555214980313772016-05-19T04:29:32.588-06:002016-05-19T04:29:32.588-06:00I would like to use and cite some of the informati...I would like to use and cite some of the information in this blog for a research paper assignment. I feel this is what people were looking for when they were asking about personality types which gravitate toward the field. I can say personally I have no background in radiology and I have a job now that pays more than an entry-level sonographer. I'm just trying to find something I love, and for a year have been constantly fascinated with and thinking about DMS. Still plenty of exploring to do before I make the definite decision to enter a program (I may try to shadow a few days with different specialists to see what it's like- better than nothing!)

Thanks for writing all of this information though. As an individual researching the field as a career possibility, it was nice to read about the health issues a lot of DMS professionals deal with. I never would have thought about some of those until I was well into a program, and it's nice having the heads up!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04852399279447142545noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8481366597096394318.post-71368904917367936082014-02-03T21:40:39.719-07:002014-02-03T21:40:39.719-07:00Please understand that this post is aimed at write...Please understand that this post is aimed at writers. I suppose I fall under "type " since I began college at 18 and graduated from my DMS program summa cum laude at 20 and have worked as an RVT for the past 8 years. I have met so many amazing sonographers who followed the same path as myself most of whom have an incredible work ethic and in many cases, a stronger sense of work ethic than senior sonographers. Other than that, beautifully written. Sonographers deserve more respect than we shall ever receive! You didn't mention Musculoskeletal ultrasound, though.

Also, general ultrasound technologists tend to have a risque sense of humor, possibly as a byproduct of the stress and the things we see as a result of patients' sexual misadventures. I'm sure HR wouldn't like to hear that, but writers might want to know gritty details.Patrickhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06840284139014994145noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8481366597096394318.post-13740033757281338082014-01-12T11:57:01.362-07:002014-01-12T11:57:01.362-07:00Joan, thanks so much for clearing this up. Reading my story as written by another. A story as close to mine yet exists so many miles away.
